Little kids just love to do things mommy and daddy do.  Why not have them help out with the yard work?  Raking leaves works best if you can find a child-size rake (I’ve had luck at my local dollar store).  Most kids just love to step on the leaves and hear the crunching sound.  Of course the real fun is jumping in the product of your hard work: the leaf pile!  This could be an all day event!  Remember raking the leaves with your family? Or, do you have other great ideas for keeping kids active?  Share your thoughts in the comments below.
