    Sometimes engaging a child’s competitive nature is a great way to get them active.  Use your creativity to come up with new relays each time.  Try skipping, crab walking, three-legged racing, balancing a book on your head or hopping.  Have other relay race suggestions?  Or, do you have other creative ideas for keeping kids active?  Share your thoughts below.
