Best Apps For Moms
-
What mom isn’t interested in making her life a little less hectic or a little more fun? This is particularly true if you are supporting an active family! Trips back and forth to soccer practice and time spent at gymnastics meets leave little time for mom to get everything else accomplished and even less time for you.
It seems natural for moms to gravitate towards smart phone Apps as a resource for organization and entertainment. But let’s face it, searching for Apps can be a daunting and time consuming process. And, when it comes to paid Apps, how do you really know which are worth the money?
Well, look no further, I have done the research for you and started a list of "Must Have Mom Apps" organized by “Mom Friendly” categories. In this initial post I have focused on Getting Organized, Looking Your Best, and using Music Apps to Teach and Entertain Your Children. Check back often! I will be adding more recommendations in the weeks to come.
Some of these Apps are paid, but I have only included Apps that I truly feel are worth the money! Click on any App to see a description, review and link to download.Help Me Get Organized

ibabylog is an awesome free app for keeping track of infants and toddlers. Includes a separate profile for each child, which you can create To-do List, Activity log, baths, sleep, Diary, Milestone, Medication, Temperature, Sickness, Dr. Visits, Growth, vaccinations, Solid food feedings, nursing (time, length and which side), bottle feeding, Diaper Change, Mood, Pumping. All of the categories allow you to set reminders. It's a wonderful app for busy moms. I have a 16yr old, a 3yr old and a 9mo old and it's been a lifesaver for me. Trying to keep track of everything with little to no sleep is practically impossible, but with this app I have it all in one place no matter where I am.
