  The Plymouth Acceleration Minnesota site has been training athletes since 1993. We train athletes of all ages and continue to push them to the next level. Over the past 15 years our site has worked with many athletes that have competed at the college and professional level. Our staff is constantly improving our programs to assure our athletes reach the goals they have set.
