  • Background of iD Programming Academy for Teens

This summer, encourage the awesome in your teen! At this two-week, overnight academy, students ages 13-18 explore advanced topics in programming, app development, electrical engineering, and robotics. After two weeks of immersive, hands-on instruction, students leave the academy with a polished portfolio that includes projects from the course. Meet new friends who share your interests, see what it’s like to be a STEM professional, and enjoy long-term benefits that extend beyond school, college, and future careers. At the academy, teens learn from elite instructors, gain access to in-depth industry insights, and have the opportunity to explore some of the nations top universities; iD Programming Academy is held at Stanford, Yale, Princeton, Emory, Rice, University of Washington, and more. In addition, iD Tech also offers weeklong summer programs for ages 7-17, early-education STEM programs for ages 6-9, all-girls tech camps, and an online learning platform.
