    Looking for a way to stay healthy and fit after having a baby? Stroller Strides(R) is a fitness program you can participate in with your baby. Certified fitness instructors will lead you in power walking and body toning exercises. Instructors also integrate songs and activities into the routine to help engage and entertain your baby. Our unique program also offers moms the chance to engage with other moms and form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"
