  • Description - Desert Sky Gymnastics

    Ages 3-13+: You will learn skills on Floor, Vault, Balance Beam, Bars and Tumble track trampoline. All the Olympic Equipment. Training for Levels 1-4. Each class has 8 students per coach. The small class sizes are great for learning and safety. Tumbling: Inter-Adv. Tumbling uses the floor and tumble Trak Trampoline to teach skills. Cheerleaders benefit greatly from this class. We teach cartwheels, round offs, back handsprings, many other front and back skills as well as combination tumbling. Cheerleading: For children 5-11 yrs old. D.S. has competition cheer teams who travel to Tucson and Phoenix. Our Tryouts are in May every year. The season is from August-April, with tumbling in the summer. Some tumbling is included during season. We will continue to recruit girls if we have certain positions needing to be filled. Its a great learning experience. Pom/Dance Team: For children 8-11 yrs old. This competition team travels to Tucson and Phoenix. The try outs are in May every year.
