  • Description - Lee's Tae KWON Do

    Head instructor Mitch Cochran opened Lee's Tae Kwon Do in the Waco area in November of 1992, under the auspices of Grand Master Chang Sik Lee of Dallas. Lee's Tae Kwon Do offers lessons in the following disciplines: Exercise and physical fitness, Basic Tae Kwon Do movements, Forms (poomse), One-step sparring, Free sparring, Breaking techniques, Self defense, Competition and Olympic-style Tae Kwon Do.
