  • Description - MOAB Fighting Concepts

    We have two different kids programs available you can choose one or both. Kids kickboxing is a style formulated from Muay Thai Kickboxing, western boxing and karate. It's a a great way to exercise and learn a self defense. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (no-gi) is a system that involves technique and speed over strength. Your child will learn to utilize submission holds, escapes, ground control and wrestling. All kids' classes are taught by well experience and very observant instructors.
